ABOUT CHASE

Built on experience.
Driven by family values.

CHASE Project Services is a family-run construction business shaped by experience across generations. That background gives us a practical understanding of the industry — from hands-on trade knowledge and site delivery through to pre-construction, design development, commercial control and senior project leadership.

We combine that heritage with a modern, professional approach to project delivery. Family involvement keeps decision-making direct and accountability clear, while the wider team brings experience from Tier 1 contracting environments and complex construction programmes. From early planning through delivery, we focus on clear communication, considered coordination, quality and dependable execution.

MEET THE TEAM

Generations of experience.
One delivery team.

CHASE is a family-led construction business supported by specialists across delivery, pre-construction, commercial management, building services, design and bespoke fabrication. Each role has a distinct responsibility, but the team works as one — combining the systems and discipline learned on major projects with the accountability and personal involvement of a family company.

01

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jack Kelly

Jack’s background is rooted in Tier 1 contracting, where he has worked across major construction programmes and substantial work packages within schemes valued in the hundreds of millions of pounds. His experience spans commercial strategy, procurement, contract administration, project governance and senior client engagement.

As Managing Director, Jack sets the direction of CHASE and leads the commercial and strategic side of the business. He works closely with clients to define the brief, establish the right procurement and contractual approach, and put clear controls in place around cost, risk and programme from the outset. His focus is on maintaining oversight of the wider project picture while creating the structure, accountability and commercial discipline that allow the delivery team to perform effectively.

02

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

Sam Kelly

Sam’s experience is centred on the practical delivery of complex construction projects, including new-build, refurbishment and fit-out works within demanding Tier 1 environments. This has given him a strong understanding of site logistics, sequencing, subcontractor management and the coordination required to keep challenging programmes moving.

As Construction Director, Sam leads CHASE’s site operations from mobilisation through to completion. He establishes the delivery strategy, coordinates trades, maintains programme momentum and drives standards of workmanship across each project. His focus is firmly on buildability and execution — identifying potential issues early, making practical decisions on site and ensuring the completed work reflects both the design intent and the quality expected by the client.

03

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Cara Kelly

Cara specialises in the early stages of project delivery, where good planning and timely decisions can have the greatest impact on the eventual outcome. Her experience includes working within large and technically demanding construction environments, coordinating design information, specialist packages and key project stakeholders before works reach site.

As Pre-Construction Manager, Cara works with clients, consultants and the wider delivery team to develop the project from initial brief through design development and into construction readiness. She reviews information, identifies risks and constraints, supports programme development, coordinates design interfaces and ensures procurement requirements are understood early. By bringing the right people, information and decisions together at the outset, Cara helps create a clear and buildable route into construction and gives each project the strongest possible foundation for successful delivery.

04

CONTRACTS MANAGER

Paul Kelly

Paul has more than 40 years in construction, starting on the tools before moving through supervision and contracts management and later building and running his own successful construction company. That progression gives him a practical understanding of workmanship alongside the commercial judgement that comes from decades of pricing, procuring and delivering work.

Today Paul oversees several projects at once, reviewing progress, labour and subcontractor performance while supporting teams with practical solutions when conditions change on site. He is closely involved in trade selection, buildability, quality standards and client relationships. His experience gives CHASE an important layer of seasoned judgement — knowing when to challenge, when to simplify and how to keep a project moving without compromising the finish.

05

JOINERY LEAD

Michael Reeves

Michael has spent around four decades producing bespoke joinery for bars, restaurants, hotels, workplaces and private homes. His craft covers everything from reception counters and back bars to banquette seating, display cabinetry, fitted furniture and unusual one-off pieces where standard products simply will not do.

He combines traditional bench-joinery knowledge with modern fabrication methods, advising on materials, details, tolerances and installation from the earliest design stages. Complex curves, awkward interfaces and bespoke finishes are exactly where his experience adds value. Put simply: if it can be drawn and made from timber, board, veneer, solid surface or associated materials, Michael will work out how to build it properly.

06

MEP LEAD

Stephen Carter

With more than 30 years in building services, Stephen is responsible for the technical coordination behind the finished spaces. His experience covers electrical distribution, lighting, ventilation, heating and cooling, plumbing, controls, life-safety systems and the commissioning process that proves everything is operating as intended.

Stephen reviews designs for clashes and access, coordinates service routes with ceilings and joinery, and works with specialist contractors to resolve technical issues before installation. On refurbishment projects, where existing services rarely match the drawings perfectly, his experience is especially valuable in finding workable solutions while protecting ceiling heights, finishes, maintenance access and programme.

07

DESIGN LEAD

Sophie Bennett

Sophie turns client ideas into spaces that can be seen, tested and refined before they are built. She leads concept development, layouts, materials, finishes and key interior details, using CGI visualisation to give clients a clear understanding of proportion, atmosphere and material choices at an early stage.

Her role sits between creativity and construction. Sophie develops the design alongside the client, then works with pre-construction and site teams to make sure the details are achievable, coordinated and faithful to the original vision. This helps design decisions happen earlier and reduces the gap between the image a client approves and the space ultimately handed over.

08

QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Olivia Grant

Olivia manages the financial mechanics of a project: turning scope into budgets, testing quotations, comparing tenders and making sure procurement decisions remain commercially sound. She tracks commitments, valuations and variations so the client has an accurate picture of where the money is being spent and what is changing.

From early cost planning to final account, Olivia challenges scope gaps, monitors commercial risk and keeps records clear and current. Her role is not simply to report cost after the event; it is to give the team the information needed to make better decisions before a change becomes expensive.

09

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Natasha Kelly

Natasha brings experience supporting fast-moving construction teams where accurate information, clear actions and timely communication are essential. Her strength is project control: understanding what is due, who owns the next action and what needs to happen to prevent a decision from becoming a delay.

She keeps the day-to-day information flow at CHASE organised and visible — maintaining design and procurement trackers, coordinating meeting actions, managing document control, following up RFIs and keeping stakeholders updated. Natasha provides the structure behind busy projects, ensuring commitments are recorded, deadlines remain clear and the delivery team has the information it needs when it needs it.
