Technical wellness spaces delivered with a focus on atmosphere, detail and durability.

The completed spa combines specialist wet-area construction, thermal-suite equipment and refined finishes to create a calm, immersive environment while meeting the practical demands of a high-use wellness facility.

CHASE Project Services supported the delivery of the 4,000 sq ft Dolphin Square Spa, a specialist wellness environment designed around relaxation, treatment and thermal experiences.

The £650,000 project incorporated five dedicated treatment rooms for massage and skincare, alongside a comprehensive thermal suite. The thermal offer includes a salt therapy and inhalation room, infrared sauna, Stonebath® cabin, experience shower and ice fountain.

Delivery required close coordination of specialist wet-area construction, mechanical and electrical services, waterproofing, tiling, lighting and thermal equipment. Particular attention was given to finish quality, concealed interfaces and atmospheric detailing so that the technical complexity of the scheme remained unobtrusive within the finished guest environment.

Five dedicated rooms planned and finished to support massage and skincare treatments, with careful consideration of privacy, lighting, services and guest comfort.

Thermal suite

Specialist facilities include a salt therapy and inhalation room, infrared sauna, Stonebath® cabin, experience shower and ice fountain, each requiring coordinated equipment, services and finish interfaces.

Wet-area quality

Detailed coordination of waterproofing, specialist tiling, drainage, ventilation, lighting and temperature-controlled environments helped protect both long-term performance and the intended visual quality.
